Supporting Those Who Serve

First Responder Support

First Responders face trauma as part of the job, whether as Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, EMT/Paramedics, or 911 Dispatchers. Safehope provides confidential, specialized support for those coping with critical incidents, cumulative stress, burnout or emotional strain. Taking care of yourself is part of taking care of others. Support is available in the way that feels safest for you, by Zoom, phone, face-to-face, or by meeting you where you are. Safehope understands that confidentiality matters not only to you, but to your career. Reaching out is private, respected and a sign of strength.

How We Support You

Comprehensive Care & Confidential Support

Advocacy Services

At the Safehope Resiliency Center, we offer confidential advocacy services to support you as you navigate complex systems and stressful situations.

Advocacy services may include:

  • Personal advocacy and emotional support

  • Medical advocacy after an injury or during follow-up care

  • Support while navigating criminal or civil justice systems

  • Referrals to additional resources and services

Our Advocates walk along side you, helping reduce stress, explaining options and ensuring you feel supported and informed throughout the process.

Therapy Services

Our licensed clinicians offer therapy services designed to address both acute and cumulative trauma.

Services are available for individuals and families and are tailored to meet the needs of Responders.

Therapy helps Responders process difficult experiences, build resilience, improve emotional well-being and strengthen coping strategies both on and off duty.

Why Confidential Support Matters

Confidential support matters because people are far more likely to ask for help, share honestly, and seek solutions when they know their privacy will be respected.

  • Builds trust

  • Encourages early help-seeking

  • Improves outcomes

  • Protects dignity and autonomy

  • Reduces stigma

  • Supports safety

  • Strengthens organizations and communities
