SafeLine Kansas is a toll-free, 24-hour statewide helpline that provides free and confidential support to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, they provide referrals to your local community sexual and domestic violence victim advocacy service providers or shelters.


KANSAS PROTECTION ORDER PORTAL

This portal offers helpful information and resources for filing a Protection From Abuse (PFA) or Protection From Stalking (PFS) Order in Kansas. You can complete the forms from anywhere, on any device and it’s free. You may also connect with a Safehope Advocate who can assist you with the process. STATE OF KANSAS OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Victim Services Division785-291-3950 The State of Kansas Office of the Attorney General has information about victim assistance programs and application requirements for compensation from the state if you have been the victim of a violent crime. In addition, they provide the Safe at Home Program which is a confidentiality program that benefits victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or human trafficking who would like to keep their mailing address unknown to their abuser.


KANSAS COALITION AGAINST SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The Kansas Coalition against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV) is a network of 24 community-based agencies and 5 tribal victim service programs across Kansas who provide advocacy and support to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.
